Ms. Jorida Shytaj is Senior Political Advisor in the Regional Cooperation Council. She has an extensive professional experience related to European integration process of the Western Balkans as well as legal transposition and implementation of the EU legislation. She worked for Albanian public administration for 12 years, serving in managerial positions in the Ministry of European Integration and Albanian Parliament. Ms. Shytaj actively participated in important processes such as ratification and entrance into force of the Stabilization and Association Agreement, preparation of the legal framework for the coordination and management of EU integration, the setting up of the national structures for coordination of the EU process, as well as planning of the EU integration priorities such as approximation of legislation and management of EU funds.
