Elona Xhepa is a Project Coordinator for CSSP’s project in Albania. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Tirana, has studied Political Science in the United States and is in the process of obtaining her title of LLM Master of Laws. In the past 10 years Elona has been involved in volunteer work with grassroots and community charities and organizations in the Balkan region. Her previous work experience includes 5 years as a lawyer in a law firm as well as in one of the Big4 firms in Albania. Elona is experienced in legislation drafting and revising, project coordination and management gained also from working for a European Union Project in Albania focused on the Reform of the Penitentiary System of the country.
