Colonel Taibe Canolli-Brajshori currently serves as Director of Human Resources Department in Kosovo Police. She joined Kosovo Police in 2000 and since then she performed a series of duties in various positions, such as: police officer at the Station, Officer in the Community Unit, Police Station North, Shift supervisor, Deputy Commander at the Police Station North, Commander of the Police Station Center, Regional Deputy Commander for Administration in Prishtina Region, Head of the Training Department, Acting Director Head Chief of the Center of Public Safety and Director of the Division for Personnel. Besides this position, Colonel Canolli from 2013 to 2018 voluntarily exercised the position of the President of the Association of Women in Kosovo Police.
She is a recipient of numerous professional awards both on national and international level, including IAWP Leadership Award (2018). She holds BA in Law.

I am Colonel Taibe Canolli, and currently serve as the Head of Human Resources Department with the Kosovo Police.

Our Department is one of the five departments of the Kosovo Police, and is responsible for implementation of policies dealing with the personnel and training; implementation of non-discrimination policies, including impartial gender representation at all levels and structures, at the same time reflecting multiethnic character of Kosovo; professional qualifications, competencies and merits-based recruitment, and management and career development.

Main mission of our Training Division is to create staff through qualitative training programs with utilizing contemporary teaching methods, for which we have had great support in developing through working with various international organizations.

Also CSSP Berlin Center for Integrative Mediation joined the pool of training providing organizations with its innovative concept and teaching methods in order to help Kosovo Police officers.
