Elsa Denaj is a Project Coordinator for CSSP’s project in Albania. She graduated from University of Tirana in Business Administration. She has several years of combined experience in private and international development sector. She has started her career in Marketing and has further shaped her skills in Organization, Management and Training. In the last ten years she has deepened her knowledge in skills development through many international projects regarding skills, education, training and youth employment. She is also a trainer and coach aiming at improving and inspiring people around her to grow personally and professionally.
