Cross-border mediation brings together conflict parties from two different legal systems, societies, cultures, (sometimes) languages, which requires specific knowledge and skills of the mediator. Together with experts from different fields of cross-border mediation, we will explore these challenges as well as the opportunities to foster understanding in this context.
